Clean hotel in a nice building near the restaurant, the beach and 5th Avenue and shops, restaurants, the beach, and bars/nightclubs. Reasonably large rooms with balcony- windows and nice amenities, for instance. Costs usd 119. Favourable central location and exceptionally friendly staff. Also, down the pedestrian street.

The hotel was located adjacent to restaurants and bars, the beach and 5th Avenue and the 5th Avenue. Loved the restaurant for dinner.

The location of the hotel was UNBEATABLE, close to the mall. Liked great-sized room with windows at the back, felt like we were home.

It was a pretty standard and reliable hotel with a great view. All of the staff members were superfriendly and excellent. The location in a fairly nice area was stunning and there were shopping centers and main shopping street nearby. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Playa del Carmen.

The location was good, because a bus stop was based walking distance to the hotel. A lot of options nearby, I visited bars and restaurants close to the venue.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. The rooftop pool was a great feature and provided a relaxing space to unwind. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and within walking distance to the beach and shopping areas.

The beds were a bit hard and could have been more comfortable. the hotel had a more business-like atmosphere and lacked some of the charm and character of other accommodations in the area.

Our stay at Fiesta Inn was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We were able to check-in early and they kindly stored our bags after check-out so we could continue to enjoy the hotel amenities. The rooftop infinity pool was a great place to relax, although it could use more chairs. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Playa del Carmen.

The room was reasonably large and functional, the bathroom was fairly clean. The beds were very comfy, everything was good. The location was good, steps away from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. Superbly friendly and accommodating staff, answered all questions.

Enjoyed the way our good sized and functional a double room with windows at the back was arranged. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food and cold drinks...

This family-friendly hotel offers a wide array of a nice size rooms. The staff are really helpful. The location is magnificent, 1 mile from Parking. It has restaurant for dinner, spent time there when it was rainy outside.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable for the three of us, and we appreciated the personalized touch of treats for our pup. The breakfast at the hotel was truly amazing and was the perfect way to start our days. The self check-in process was easy and convenient, with our names clearly displayed outside our room. we had a great experience and will definitely consider staying at Fiesta Inn again. Thank you!

Very enjoyable stay, as always. Perfect hotel, excellent staff, marvellous location in the beach club on Mamitas beach. A great selection of products for an excellent breakfast. Private parking on-site provided. Everything excellent!

Had an absolutely amazing stay with my son, we spent 5 nights here, everything was perfect. The hotel was pretty standard and in a central location near the main shopping street and nice restaurants, especially vegan one great for breakfast and the beach club on Mamitas beach. The lunch in La Fisheria around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue had every choice imaginable.
